Art was Kerry's first language. Long before she became a state champion swimmer, an ACC champion at the University of Maryland, or a marketing professional working with major brands in Washington, D.C. and New York, she was a kid whose drawings and paintings were displayed, exhibited, and sold throughout school.
She never stopped making. Between deadlines in the city, she studied original jewelry design under David Benlolo at Benlolo Studio in New York. When she and her family settled in Milton, Georgia, she turned to interior design. And eventually, almost inevitably, she came back to the canvas.
Today, Kerry's original paintings live in homes across the country. She works from her studio in Milton, where she lives with her husband Jesse, their son Everett, and their two dogs, Bowie and Birdie.
